You will learn sales manager functions, activities, the profile of a successful sales manager and, finally, what a sales manager should not be doing.

You determine the climate of your sales team by understanding the sales system, management processes and the defined front line sales cycle execution. You will also learn the sales process flowchart as a tool to monitor your culture to keep it on track.

Module 3: Sales Cycle Skills

Your sales team needs you to embed a repeatable sales cycle with every prospect and customer. You will learn the 20 steps of a sales cycle in order to, not only coach it, but uphold it as a key to your sales team’s success. You will also learn to utilize the Buyer Cycle with your sales people in order to focus your team on the customer buying mindset.

Module 4: Prospecting List and Sales Funnel Management

You will learn the mechanics of a sales funnel so you can coach the proper use of it with your sales people. You will also learn to regularly use the sales funnel tool as a foundation to delivering on your forecast to the company.
